Condition Details

Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative condition affecting the bones, discs, and joints of the neck, commonly associated with age-related changes and prolonged postural stress. It may cause neck pain and stiffness, reduced neck movement, muscle tightness, headaches, and discomfort extending into the shoulders or upper back. In some cases, irritation of nearby nerves may lead to arm pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness. AvaTrita focuses on reducing symptoms and maintaining function through targeted mobility and strengthening exercises, posture correction, ergonomic advice, muscle flexibility, movement education, and appropriate activity modification. The aim is to improve neck mobility and strength, reduce discomfort, support better posture, and help you continue your daily activities with greater confidence.
