Condition Details
Lumbar Spondylosis
Lumbar spondylosis refers to age-related or degenerative changes in the lower spine that can affect movement and comfort. It may contribute to lower back pain, stiffness, reduced mobility, muscle tightness, and, in some cases, symptoms that extend into the buttocks or legs. We focus on understanding your symptoms, movement patterns, posture, and contributing factors to develop an individualized care plan. Treatment may include mobility exercises, targeted strengthening, posture and movement correction, ergonomic advice, flexibility training, and guidance on safe daily activities. The aim is to reduce discomfort, improve spinal mobility and strength, support better movement, and help you stay active and independent while managing the condition effectively.
