Condition Details
Sciatica
Sciatica can cause pain that travels from the lower back into the buttock and leg, making sitting, walking, bending, or everyday activities uncomfortable. It is often associated with irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve and may be accompanied by numbness, tingling, or weakness. We assess the factors contributing to your symptoms, including spinal movement, posture, muscle tightness, strength, and daily activity habits. Care may include pain-relieving techniques, mobility exercises, targeted strengthening, posture and movement education, ergonomic advice, nerve mobility exercises, and guidance on safe activity levels. Our goal is to help reduce pain and nerve-related symptoms, improve movement and strength, and support a confident return to your normal daily activities.
